Leadership Edge acts as a sending organization. We bring people in to equip them for intentional, one-on-one mentoring relationships, and then send them out to impact the life of a mentee and the world at large. We partner with like-hearted organizations by helping them to equip their members for mentoring as well.

Our Leadership Development Program
Leadership Edge’s Leadership Development Program is a multi-session training program designed for leadership teams focused on developing a culture of God-honoring leadership throughout their organization. The program’s objectives are to bring about a common understanding of biblically-based leadership and put that understanding into practice for current and future leaders.
Leadership Edge created this program at the request of pastors with an eye toward improving their approaches to nurturing God-honoring leadership. Leadership Edge’s 30 years of experience training leaders through one-on-one mentoring is now available for Christian-led organizations to incorporate into their leadership and leadership development initiatives. Below is an overview of our approach.
Leadership Needed for the Church and Beyond
