In part two of the Mindset of God-honoring Leaders series, John and Laura take a deeper look at five established sets of attitudes (mindsets) which he has observed often characterize God-honoring leaders. A mindset is defined as a fixed mental attitude or disposition that predetermines a person’s responses to and interpretations of situations. Through observation of hundreds of young men and women mentored through LEI over the past 26 years, John has identified five mindsets he has seen that God often forges into God-honoring leaders. These mindsets are:
- bringing honor and glory to God in all things,
- humility,
- wisdom,
- intentionality and
- resilience
